We're building a real fermented-food company from scratch in Richmond — and we want one person to build it with us, and earn a piece of it.
THE REAL PITCH
This isn't a shift you clock in and out of. You'll run farmers markets and make tempeh in our commercial kitchen — no two weeks the same. It starts as a very part-time role — a market day or two a week plus some kitchen time — and grows into more hours (and more pay) as you prove yourself. The pay starts modest on purpose: we'd rather share the upside with the person who stays than overpay someone who won't. Prove yourself, and the longer you ferment with us, the better it gets.
