Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns. However, we stand behind every batch. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email outreach@chaoticgoodtempeh.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.
