Ingredients
- 8 to 10 BBQ Nugz
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup roasted corn
- 1 cup slaw
- extra barbecue sauce
- scallions
Instructions
- Heat the BBQ Nugz in a skillet over medium or bake at 350F for 5 to 7 minutes until hot.
- Build bowls with rice, corn, and slaw.
- Top with the nugz, a drizzle of barbecue sauce, and scallions.
Tip: Fully cooked, so just heat until hot through.
