How should I store it?
Our jerky is shelf-stable — keep it in a cool, dry spot and reseal after opening. Fresh and frozen tempeh should be kept refrigerated or frozen.
How long does it last?
Check the best-by date on the pack. Sealed jerky keeps for months; once opened, enjoy within a couple of weeks for the best chew.
How do I eat it?
Straight from the bag as a high-protein snack, chopped over salads and grain bowls, or tossed into stir-fries, wraps, and tacos.
