Ingredients
- 8 oz OG Raw Chickpea Tempeh, cubed
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp tamari or coconut aminos
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- salt
Instructions
- Heat the oil over medium-high and cook the cubes until golden and cooked through, 6 to 8 minutes, tossing.
- Add tamari and paprika in the last minute to glaze.
- Use as a snack, salad topper, or bowl protein.
Tip: OG Raw is a touch less absorbent than fresh, so season at the end and let it crisp.
