Ingredients
- 8 oz OG Raw Chickpea Tempeh, sliced 1/4 inch
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- your favorite sauce to finish
Instructions
- Pat the tempeh dry and sear in oil over medium-high, undisturbed, 3 to 4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Finish with any sauce you like and serve.
