5-Minute Tempeh Scramble

5-Minute Tempeh Scramble comes together in about 10 minutes using our OG Raw Chickpea Tempeh. It is soy-free, made from fermented chickpeas, and built for an easy weeknight.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz OG Raw Chickpea Tempeh, crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt, pepper, and kala namak (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crumble the tempeh and cook in oil over medium until heated through and lightly golden, 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in turmeric, nutritional yeast, and seasoning.
  3. Serve in tacos, on toast, or in a breakfast bowl.
