Ingredients
- 8 oz OG Raw Chickpea Tempeh, sliced
- 3 cups mixed stir-fry vegetables
- 2 tbsp stir-fry sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- cooked rice to serve
Instructions
- Sear the tempeh in oil over medium-high until golden and cooked through, 6 minutes, then set aside.
- Stir-fry the vegetables 3 to 4 minutes.
- Return the tempeh, add the sauce, toss, and serve over rice.
