Ingredients

  • 2 Tempeh Breakfast Patties, crumbled
  • 4 biscuits
  • 2 tbsp dairy-free butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups oat milk
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Crumble and warm the patties in a skillet.
  2. Melt butter, whisk in flour 1 minute, then slowly add oat milk and simmer until thickened, 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the patty crumbles, season with plenty of pepper, and ladle over split biscuits.
