Ingredients

  • 2 Tempeh Breakfast Patties, chopped
  • 3 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Crisp the potatoes, pepper, and onion in oil over medium-high, 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped patties and warm through, 3 minutes.
  3. Season and serve straight from the skillet.
