Instructions

  1. Chop the patties and warm in a skillet, treating them like seasoned ground sausage, 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Warm the potatoes and tortillas.
  3. Fill tortillas with potatoes, patty crumbles, cheese, and salsa, then roll tight.
