Ingredients
- 8 oz Chickpea Tempeh Brisket, chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1.5 cups dairy-free shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Warm the chopped brisket in a skillet and toss with barbecue sauce.
- Fill tortillas with cheese and brisket, fold, and toast in a dry skillet 2 to 3 minutes per side until crisp and melted.
