- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup salsa

Instructions
- Warm the chorizo in a large skillet, 3 minutes.
- Add rice, corn, beans, and salsa and stir until everything is hot, 5 minutes.
- Finish with cilantro and serve.
