- 2 cups dairy-free queso
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- jalapeno and cilantro
- tortilla chips to serve
Instructions
- Warm the chorizo crumbles in a skillet until hot.
- Warm the queso and stir in most of the chorizo.
- Top with the rest plus tomato, jalapeno, and cilantro, and serve with chips.
