Ingredients
- 8 slices Tempeh Pastrami
- 4 slices rye bread
- 2 tbsp deli mustard
- dill pickles to serve
Instructions
- Warm the Tempeh Pastrami slices in a dry skillet over medium, 2 minutes per side, until hot.
- Spread mustard on the rye.
- Pile the warm pastrami high, close the sandwich, and serve with pickles.
Tip: Thick, warm slices and good mustard are all this needs.
