Heat-and-Serve Tempeh Reuben

Heat-and-Serve Tempeh Reuben comes together in about 12 minutes using our Tempeh Pastrami. It is soy-free, made from fermented chickpeas, and built for an easy weeknight.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Tempeh Pastrami
  • 4 slices rye bread
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut, pressed dry
  • 4 slices dairy-free Swiss
  • 3 tbsp Russian dressing
  • dairy-free butter

Instructions

  1. Warm the Tempeh Pastrami in a skillet until hot.
  2. Spread Russian dressing on the bread and layer pastrami, sauerkraut, and Swiss.
  3. Butter the outsides and grill in a skillet 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden and the cheese melts.
