Ingredients
- 8 slices Tempeh Pastrami
- 4 slices rye bread
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut, pressed dry
- 4 slices dairy-free Swiss
- 3 tbsp Russian dressing
- dairy-free butter
Instructions
- Warm the Tempeh Pastrami in a skillet until hot.
- Spread Russian dressing on the bread and layer pastrami, sauerkraut, and Swiss.
- Butter the outsides and grill in a skillet 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden and the cheese melts.
