- 8 slices Tempeh Pastrami
- 4 slices sourdough
- 4 slices dairy-free Swiss
- 2 tbsp dairy-free butter
- Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Warm the Tempeh Pastrami in a skillet until hot.
- Build sandwiches with Dijon, pastrami, and Swiss.
- Butter the outsides and grill 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden and melty.
