- 4 to 6 strips Tempeh Bacon, chopped
- 2 cups cooked breakfast potatoes or hash browns
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 cups baby spinach
- hot sauce and chives to finish
Instructions
- Warm the chopped Tempeh Bacon in a skillet over medium, 2 to 3 minutes, until hot.
- Add the potatoes to the same pan to heat through and pick up the smoky flavor.
- Build bowls with spinach, potatoes, bacon, and avocado. Finish with hot sauce and chives.
