Tempeh Bacon BLT comes together in about 10 minutes using our Tempeh Bacon. It is soy-free, made from fermented chickpeas, and built for an easy weeknight.

Ingredients
- 6 to 8 strips Tempeh Bacon
- 4 slices good sandwich bread, toasted
- 2 tbsp egg-free mayo
- 1 ripe tomato, sliced
- crisp lettuce leaves
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Warm the Tempeh Bacon in a dry skillet over medium, 2 to 3 minutes per side, until hot and crisped at the edges.
- Toast the bread and spread mayo on both slices.
- Layer lettuce, tomato (seasoned with salt and pepper), and the warm bacon. Close, slice, and serve.
Tip: The bacon is fully cooked, so you are just warming it to bring back the crisp and the smoke.
